  • First course: a try of two kinds of pasta
    • Lasagne bolognesi - the traditional Bolognese lasagne with meat and cheese.
    • Gramigna alla salsiccia - an unusal shape of pasta, typical of Bologna, with a sauce of sausages and tomato.
  • Second course: a journey into traditional countryside food of the area
    • Crescentine e salumi - typical countryside leavened fried bread, to be eaten with ham, salami, mortadella, a typical soft cheese called "scquacquerone", etc...
    • grilled vegetables - another quite typical Bolognese choice as side dish...
  • Dessert: 
    • Zuppa inglese - did you know that in spite of the name also this dessert is very frequent as a last course of Bolognese meals?
  • Water - traditional H20
  • Red Wine - Sangiovese di Romagna (i.e. of the hills of the provinces of Ravenna, Forlė, Rimini, east of Bologna)
